As psychologist Carl Rogers said, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” This perspective is central to my work.
You are enough—right here, as you are. Whatever brings you to counseling, I’m glad you’re here.
I provide a supportive, goal-oriented space where clients can gain insight, process experiences, and move toward meaningful change. I work with individuals, couples, and children/teens to better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
As a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist, I specialize in betrayal trauma—supporting individuals who have experienced deep relational wounds such as infidelity, secrecy, or broken trust, and helping them process the emotional impact and rebuild a sense of safety, clarity, and self-worth. I also work with clients across a variety of life stages.
Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. I offer faith-based counseling when desired.
