Fall Self-Care Tips

Fall is such a beautiful time of year. It’s a great time to devote yourself to focusing on self-care. The following are some self-care ideas to help you kick-start that self-care regimen. 

  • Order pumpkin spice anything and sit at a park and take in some sun.
  • Play solitaire or another phone app that does not cause stress but relaxes you.
  • Go to the theater and watch a seasonal-themed movie—Zombieland, Maleficent, or Joker anyone?
  • Cook a recipe you’ve never tried before. Maybe something seasonal like pumpkin bread or pumpkin cheesecake muffins?
  • Watch some television. A little AMC Fearfest marathon of horror movies and thrillers?
  • Take a casual drive to the mountains to check out the fall scenery. Maybe check out these ways to see Estes Park in the fall?
  • Make yourself some hot tea and take a nap. 
  • Go to a local bookstore and peruse all the books.
  • Bake cookies.
